Campo’s Espresso Martini

1 oz. Stolichnaya vodka
1 oz. Stolichnaya vanilla vodka
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. dark-chocolate Godiva liqueur
Splash of Baileys
1 oz. espresso

Campo de Fiori may be best known for its Italian specialties, but it has also earned a rep as a boisterous bar. Jason Houston’s espresso martini certainly has the extra kick to prep crowds for a night on the town. “It’s a really special drink, because it’s full of caffeine but actually has a lot of booze,” says Houston, who spent several winters shuttling between Aspen and Nantucket, but now calls the Rocky Mountains home. “It’s great after a big meal when you’re full and tired and ready to go out for the night.” The martini’s become the bar’s drink of choice — the perfect fuel for those rumored late-night dance parties.
